- IF YOU OR ANYONE IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD IS EXPERIENCING SYMPTOMS RELATING TO COVID-19, (e.g., a cough, fever, upset stomach) OR HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE WHO HAS TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID-19, WE DO ASK THAT YOU CALL AND RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR A LATER DATE.
