SALON POLICES

We believe in transparency and clear communication with our guests. To ensure that everyone has a positive experience at our salons, we have outlined our salons policies in detail.

SATISFACTION POLICY

We do not issue refunds on salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify us within 3 days of your service via email at thefixxfrontdesk@gmail.com
(and include pictures if possible) or come into the salon so we can inspect the concerns in person. We will happily do our best to better meet your expectations by scheduling you a complimentary appointment to address your concerns with the stylist who performed the initial service, or with another stylist if needed, at no additional charge to you

Please note, services provided by associates are not guaranteed. Our salon stylists will not provide you with a complimentary reservation for an associate services. You must schedule the complimentary reservation with the associate who originally provided you with the service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Every appointment is reserved especially for you! Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours and reminded 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.

All stylist require a credit card on file to secure your appointment. Each stylist requires a 24 hour cancellation policy notice from their guests. There will be a 50% charge if you cancel or no show your appointment within the cancellation policy time frame of your scheduled appointment.

PRODUCT POLICY

We take great pride in our quality hair care products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange or refund within two weeks of purchase. 

 

Any product that are tools and brushes are final sale and non-refundable.

PRICING STRUCTURE + CONSULTATIONS

Prices vary depending on the experience of the stylists providing the service. We feel confident in recommending all of our stylists regardless of price.

Any and all pricing listed are base prices. Services vary in price depending on the length of hair, the thickness of hair, the time required, and the products involved.

Your stylist will inform you of the price before they begin your service. Feel free to ask your stylist if you are unsure how our pricing structure works, or schedule a consultation and we will asses your needs. 

 

Consultations are mandatory for wedding/events and extension services. During the consultation, should there be any previous over-processing due to prior chemical services, heat damage, or any other issues with your hair that may affect the outcome of your hair service, you will be made aware before your service starts. Your stylist will inform you of the price before they begin your service.  

 

Payment for salon services is expected to be paid upon completion of the service.

 

All stylists are subject to change in pricing based on performance and education.
