Every appointment is especially reserved for you! As a courtesy to The FIXX, our staff, and waiting clients, we request a 48-hour advance cancellation or reschedule notice. If last minute cancellations or no shows become a habit, future charges may occur.
Because we offer complimentary consultations with our licensed stylists, we do not give price quotes over the phone. Our complimentary consultations are a 15 minute appointment to meet with your stylist, discuss hair goals, collaborate on a game plan, discuss beauty budgets, and set up future appointments. The prices listed on our Menu page are basic starting prices, but they will likely vary based on your stylist and your hair goals. Although we hope you’re always thrilled with your service at The FIXX, in case we miss the mark with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon for us to redo the service. Redos are scheduled exactly like regular appointments by our guest services manager. The only qualification that we make in providing redos is that you call to schedule the redo within three days of the original service and that the redo be scheduled with the same stylist who provided the original service.
Please note, services provided by associates are not guaranteed. Our salon stylists will not provide you with a redo for an associate service. You must schedule the redo with the associate who originally provided you with the service.
We take great pride in our quality hair care products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange or refund within two weeks of purchase. Any tools, brushes, or makeup products are final sale and non-refundable.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and can be purchased in any denomination and redeemed at both locations.
