Yes! We offer hand-tied and halo hair extensions and proudly carry our own exclusive hair extension brand, giving guests quality options customized to their hair goals and lifestyle. Every extension service is customizable and requires an in-salon consultation beforehand, with most services taking a minimum of 2 hours.

We offer root color, all-over color, highlights, balayage, lived-in color, and fashion colors. All listed prices are starting prices and vary based on hair length, thickness, previous color, and your desired goal.

We offer Redken Acidic Bonding, Kérastase Fusio-Dose, Kérastase Fusio-Scrub, and a Luxury Conditioning Mask. These are 15-minute services and do not include a blow dry — contact us if you'd like to add styling.

Yes, we recommend booking a 15-minute color consultation before any color service. It's your chance to meet your stylist, discuss your hair goals, align on a plan, and talk through your beauty budget.

We require 24-hour advance notice to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel last minute or no-show, a $47 reservation fee is required for future appointments — it's applied as a credit toward your next visit.

If your service didn't deliver the result we discussed in your consultation, simply reach out within three days of your original appointment and we'll get you scheduled for an adjustment. Adjustments are booked just like a regular appointment through our guest services team, and we ask that you return to the same stylist who provided your original service — not as a formality, but because we're a teaching salon that genuinely values every opportunity to learn and grow. Please note that a change of heart or a request that goes beyond the scope of your original service is not considered an adjustment — that's a brand new appointment, and we'd love to get you on the books for it.

We accept product exchanges or refunds within two weeks of purchase. Tools and brushes are final sale. Gift certificates are non-refundable and can be redeemed at all locations.

Haircuts start at $55, a Classic Blowout is $37, and color services start at $91. All color pricing varies by hair length, thickness, and desired result.
