Yes, we recommend booking a complimentary 15-minute color consultation before any color service. It's your chance to meet your stylist, discuss your hair goals, align on a plan, and talk through your beauty budget.
We require 24-hour advance notice to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel last minute or no-show, a $47 reservation fee is required for future appointments — it's applied as a credit toward your next visit.
If your service didn't turn out as expected, contact us within 3 days to schedule a complimentary adjustment. Adjustments are booked with the same stylist who performed the original service.
